With the 243RBS you have the option to select a 45″ dinette or a freestanding dinette. A 70″ sofa sits near the entertainment center. Across from the dinette and sofa is the kitchen, which includes everything you need to create delicious meals for your family and an overhang with 2 barstools. At the back of the RV you’ll find a large pantry/wardrobe for storage and a bathroom with a 34×34″ shower, while the front includes a private bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe. For days that you plan to lounge outside of the RV you’ll appreciate the 15′ awning that extends to protect you from the sun and elements.
If you have a medium sized family or simply want to accommodate a few guests the 2014 Coachmen Catalina 273BH (bunkhouse) floorplan might be just what you need. This floorplan sleeps up to 7 people and includes a front queen sized bed and rear bunks. The wall that separates the bedroom from the living room has a sofa placed against it, while the dinette features an overhead storage and is located across from the kitchen. This RV also has large pass thru storage located at the front of the RV so you never have to compromise on what you bring along with you.
Now, while the floorplans above are great for small and medium families, there are plenty of large families out there who need an RV that will accommodate them. The great news is Catalina has a floorplan for that! The 323BHDS ($25,398.00) features 2 slides. One in the rear living area includes a futon and flip up bunk bed that’s located across from a loft bed. When you exit the rear living area and walk toward the kitchen you pass a bathroom and pantry. A 45″ dinette and 60″ sofa sit in the living room slide and are positioned across from the kitchen. And, so you can enjoy sleeping while the kids play around in the rear, a front bedroom with a queen sized bed sits tucked privately away.
