I couldnt be happier with my experience at Plaza RV. I purchased a used fifth wheel that looked brand new. I was permitted to park my existing unit next to the one I purchased for the time it took me to move everything. Everyone on the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I had to drive cross country to get there, but it was worth it and I would do it again.

Our experience with Plaza RV was much better than what we experienced when trying to buy a 5th wheel through a large national chain RV store. We had originally placed a deposit and planned on purchasing with the other dealer, but they fumbled the ball (lots of lies and misinformation), so we requested our money back. After that terrible experience, we made short drive to Bondurant and purchased a pre-owned 5th wheel at PLAZA RV to try out before retirement to decide our wants and must haves for when we decide to buy new. I must say, the transaction was smooth and painless, as was the service. I expected to be on my own buying used, but such was not the case here. There were a few issues on demonstration that they fixed free of charge. I also purchased numerous accessories to help support our local business vs online. Our salesman Dave was very sincere and accommodating to our questions and inquiries, as well. This was one of our more pleasant experiences with sales lately. We will be back. I experienced the best, over the top customer service here. They were very helpful, informative, and respectful. The work I was having done I thought would take about a week and it was done in three days. I highly recommend this place for their great personable service and reasonable prices. Any other issues I might have I will definitely come back here.

We purchased our RV from out of state and everything was seamless. Brad was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We scheduled a time for us to pick up our RV and they had it ready to go when we got there! During the walk-through we found something that was broke and they fixed it right then so we could get on the road. This buying experience could not have been any better and we highly recommend Brad and Plaza RV!

Bought my camper here several years ago, and was a very easy pleasant experience. I now needed some work done on it and came back here. Tucker and the crew were very accommodating, and worked really hard to take care of my needs! I will definitely go back the next time I need some service work done on my trailer., or decide it's time for a new unit.

I purchased a 2021 Forest River Riverstone Legacy from RV Plaza. The overall buying experience was very good, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a couple small equipment issues after purchase which the service department immediately resolved once I brought it in. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a positive buying experience.

Sorry, nobody gets 5 stars. An old boss told me that leaves no room for improvement. LOL Everyone was very helpful from sales to the initial orientation and the guy that helped me with the essential extra stuff I needed. My vehicle was wired wrong by another business and the tech at Plaza helped me all he could before I pulled off the lot. Seem like a nice bunch and not all high pressure sales.

Plaza RV is quite close to our home so when we found that the new air conditioner that came with a truck camper that we purchased in another state would not cool we went to talk to them. Plaza agreed to take a look at it. We had a short time frame before we left on a scheduled trip so we made an appointment for a Friday. The service department determined that the new AC was defective and got approval from manufacturer on Monday to replace. The new AC arrived on Tuesday morning and was installed and working properly by mid-afternoon. Special thanks to Tucker and the crew for saving our trip. These guys were great to work with.
